Damaged Goods.  If your order arrives with damaged Goods please call Customer Service at 1.503.895.5488 for a return authorization number.  Upon receipt of the damaged Goods we will replace the damaged Goods with like items or issue a full refund, whichever you choose,  including return shipping costs, within 24 hours from receipt by us.
 
General Return.  All Goods may be returned for any reason within seven days of receipt.  Please call Customer Service at 1.503.895.5488 for a return authorization number.  The Goods must be shipped to us shipping prepaid and insured.  Upon receipt of the Goods we will issue a full refund within 24 hours for the purchase price of the goods, excluding any shipping costs and subject to a 25% restocking fee.
